Accounts are typically provisioned by your institution's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The unimark platform, including its source code, design, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of unimark and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the unimark brand name, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent.
Content uploaded by users (assignments, notes, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the respective user or institution.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the unimark platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend the Service for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, unimark and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by your institution in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
